Tidbits of nutritional nuggets : whole foods equal a whole and healthy life.
Personally I myself have intolerances to cow milk - I was sick right from day one but no one considered milk allergies as a high priority; thus I finally had to forgo dairy products.
When we started milking goats and drinking the milk I was pleasantly surprised that I could tolerate goat milk with none of the side effects I suffered with cow's milk. I can also eat our goat cheese without any difficulties.
I am very happy that I can now supply people who cannot utilize cow milk with a tasty, nutrition-packed food like our goat cheese.
Here are some of the foods we find irresistible with grated goat cheese.
I recommend you try all of Gordon's fabulous cheese and make your own signature dishes.
